We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each of our orthodontic and dental assistants is certified and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars with the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Tiffany Gioia - Clinical Assistant
Tiffany began working at Mellion Orthodontics in 2011 and likes the organized and fun environment! "One of the favorite parts of my job is getting to know our patients and keeping up with their activities. I especially love watching the changes in a patient's teeth, start to finish - it's really cool! I grew up in Richfield and settled in Cuyahoga Falls with my husband, Mitch, and our dog, Seir. I love spending time with family."
Jamie Huth - Scheduling Coordinator
"There are so many things I love about working at Mellion Orthodontics. We truly care about our patients and the teamwork here is unbelievable! I have been a part of the Mellion Orthodontics team since 2009 and I'm so proud of our practice. The doctors' knowledge is outstanding and they strive to make all aspects of the treatment enjoyable! I have two very active kids, a dog and two cats. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. You can usually find me at a football, baseball, softball or volleyball game!"
Kristin Lenington - Treatment Coordinator
"As Treatment Coordinator, I love introducing new patients to our practice and answering their questions about procedures and appointments. Although I started at Mellion Orthodontics in 2006, I was already familiar with the practice - I was a Mellion patient as a child! Seeing the "awesome" transformation of our patients' smile is the best part of my job. My husband, Jerry, and I have two children and we run them from place to place for all their activities! I enjoy watching my son play sports as well as running and hunting."

Lori Nettle - Clinical Coordinator
Lori started working at Mellion Orthodontics in 2001 and loves working with such a great team. "We are not just a staff that has to work together everyday, but a big family that gets along and supports each other! My favorite part of my job is working with the patients and seeing their amazing smiles when their braces are removed. I have a son, a daughter and an amazing grandson! In my free time I enjoy reading, shopping and baking.
Toni Schneider - Records Tech
"It was many moons ago that I started at Mellion Orthodontics! Over the years, I've developed great friendships with my co-workers. I've enjoyed watching Drs. Zach and Nate become thoughtful, confident orthodontists and I've enjoyed watching Drs. Joe and Nick grow old and mellow! It's really fun getting to know our patients throughout their treatment. I'm married with two children, three dogs and two cats. Most people would be surprised to know that when I was younger, I was painfully shy! I love that I have reached the age where I do what I want, when I want!" (And if you can't tell, Toni is the jokester in the office!)
Elaine Wolfenbarger - Laboratory Tech
Elaine brought many years of experience to Mellion Orthodontics when she joined our team in 2009. Elaine loves the feeling of home and family and states, "Working at Mellion Orthodontics is such a happy place! It is such a joy knowing about all the wonderful things that we do for the community and the kids! Being a lab tech, I am honored to be a part of the solution to help maintain the smiles created by our doctors. You might be surprised to know that even though I've lived in the same town and on the same street my whole life, I love going to new places and trying new things! One of my life long dreams is to visit Italy where my mother was born. My husband, Ed, and I enjoy spending time with our daughter and her husband."

Melissa Barkes - Clinical Assistant
Melissa started as a Clinical Assistant with Mellion Orthodontics in 2007 and enjoys being a part of something that makes a difference in our patients' lives. "I truly enjoy seeing how our patients change as their teeth straighten; their smile improves and their self-confidence increases! I grew up in Sistersville, West Virginia and moved to the Massillon area when I was 18. I guess I loved it so much, I decided to stay! When I'm not helping patients improve their smiles, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and watching my daughter play basketball."
Sandy Bellrose - Patient Coordinator
"I started working at Mellion Orthodontics in 1995 and I enjoy the fun and professional working environment and the friendly, caring team! Our doctors are great with patients, both clinically and personally. I love seeing the excitement of our patients when their braces are removed and they see their beautiful smile. My husband, Doug, and I have two daughters, two wonderful grandchildren and two Boston Terriers. On the weekends, Doug and I enjoy taking our Harley out for a ride with our friends."

Susan Davenport - Scheduling Coordinator
Susan began her career at Mellion Orthodontics in 1995 and enjoys being a part of a team that works well together in an enjoyable environment. "I love seeing the amazing results in our patient's smiles! It is so enjoyable to watch the progress from start to finish and seeing the results of a beautiful smile. I've lived in Massillon my entire life and come from a family of ten children! I love being together with my family and doing things together. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy baking and spending time with my grandchildren. One of our favorite activities is sled riding!"
Stacey Meredith - Records Tech
"Mellion Orthodontics is my second family! I've been with Mellion since 2003 and I truly enjoy seeing miracles happen. One of the favorite parts of my job is keeping up with our patient's activities, whether it is a family vacation or something new at school. I have two very active and athletic sons, a dog and a cat. On the weekends, I love spending time with my family and friends - we play a lot of games together, go to the movies and then out for a bite to eat. One of my favorite things to do is watch my boys play football, baseball, basketball and lacrosse!"

"I started with the practice in 1993 and I love watching all of our patients' smiles transform right before my eyes! The team atmosphere that we have in our office is what I enjoy most about Mellion Orthodontics. My husband, Ed, and I have two children and two cats. On Sundays, you can find me and my family watching a great NASCAR race. We also attend one race every year!"
Lori Gregoire - Treatment Coordinator
"I started with Mellion Orthodontics in 2008 and no matter how busy the day gets, we always have fun because our patients are great! My favorite part of my job is to see the kids grow and develop more self-confidence as their treatment progresses. I am glad to be making positive changes in the appearances of others. I've lived on both coasts of the US - West Palm Beach, Florida and Pasadena, California. Now happily living in Medina, my husband, Jamie, and I have two daughters - one in Chicago and one in Medina with her two children."
Michelle Miller - Financial Coordinator
Michelle began working with the practice in 1993 and enjoys a variety of responsibilities with her position - meeting new patients, making sure the office runs smoothly, and making financial arrangements for patients. "I especially enjoy watching the change in patients from the beginning of treatment until the end. The change in their smile and confidence is very noticeable! I reside in Medina with my husband, Dale. We have two children and a granddaughter. I enjoy long walks with my dog, Abbey, a Standard Schnauzer."

"As the Scheduling Coordinator, I am able to meet and interact with new people every day. You may be surprised to know that I have run two marathons for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Societies Team in Training and I was the 2004 Medina citizen of the year."
Renee Reker - Scheduling Coordinator
"The family atmosphere our doctors have created at Mellion Orthodontics is sincerely the thing I enjoy most - first as a patient and now as an employee, when I started in 2012! If you were to ask me what I enjoy the most about orthodontics, I would have to say the daily camaraderie with the patients and their families, and of course, the smiles! My husband, Craig, and I have three sons. I enjoy working out, target practice, and walking our dog in the park."

Donna started working with the practice in 2004 and as Clinical Coordinator, enjoys seeing the patients' progress throughout treatment and then the final result of a beautiful, healthy smile. "One of things I enjoy most about my job is helping our many adult patients through their treatment process. I'm married with children and keeping a healthy lifestyle is very important to me."
Faye Yates - Clinical Assistant
"I began working with the practice in 1980, and the family atmosphere is what I enjoy most! Knowing how much the doctors care about our patients is so important to me. I know how hard our patients work to get to the end of their treatment, so it is always exciting when the braces come off. My favorite part of my job is assisting the doctors and getting to be the first to see that beautiful smile! My husband, Lee, and I have a daughter and a son. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. You will also see me at the "Rec" working out everyday!"
Lois Hollopeter - Records Tech
"I have the wonderful opportunity to meet almost all of the new patients which come into our office while working as the Records Tech. I strive to make impressions a pleasant experience and I also am the first to see the beautiful smiles when the braces are removed. I was born and raised in Medina County and reside in Lafayette Township with my husband and two sons. We enjoy watching our boys play baseball and watching them raise animals for the fair. We also enjoy playing co-ed softball."

Renee Arkwright - Scheduling Coordinator
Renee started at Mellion Orthodontics as Scheduling Coordinator in 2012 and loves to see the completed smiles on all of our patients. "My position allows me to greet all of the patients and their families - and I love knowing so many people from the community! I've been with Mellion Orthodontics a couple of years and I never tire from seeing the confident smiles on the patients we have treated." states Renee. "My husband, Adam, and I have two children and a dog, Cookie. We love to travel and Disneyworld is our favorite family destination! If I'm not with my family, I enjoy reading and attending a local Zumba class!"
Karen Cook - Patient Coordinator
"I truly enjoy being a part of the positive family atmosphere at Mellion Orthodontics! I've been a part of the Mellion Team since 1998 and I enjoy helping patients obtain the beautiful smiles they've always wanted! My family is most important to me and I spend every minute I can with them. My husband, Chad, and I both love taking our son to the park and the zoo. I absolutely love the beach - it's my favorite place in the world!"
Lori Daugherty - Treatment Coordinator
"I started at Mellion Orthodontics in 1985, and I still love it! I started as a chair side assistant, moved to scheduling coordinator and finally to my position as Treatment Coordinator. One of the benefits of my job is getting to know the whole family. I love seeing our previous patients that are grown, bring in their own children for treatment! When I married my best friend, Brad Daugherty (not to be confused with the former Cavs player), I moved to Youngstown where we live with our dog, Kayla and our cat, Meowy. On the weekends we enjoy spending time with our family and friends."
Robin Horstman - Financial Coordinator
Robin has been with Mellion orthodontics for over 20 years and still finds excitement in seeing new, beautiful smiles. "Working with such a caring and dedicated group of doctors and knowing that they truly want the best for our patients is what I enjoy most about working at Mellion Orthodontics! My husband, Scott, and I have four children, two dogs, a cat and a lizard. We love spending time together as a family, especially hiking and camping on the weekends."
Kaitlin Hughes - Laboratory Tech
"I love how important family is to Mellion Orthodontics! My family is a huge part of my life and seeing our doctors all work together is very impressive. I've been with Mellion since 2012; it's such a fun job and I love being a small part of someone's beautiful smile! My life outside of Mellion is fast paced and full of adventure! I have my own design and coordinating company - because I love to do crafts! Any opportunity we have, my husband, Charles, and I travel throughout the world. Paris is our favorite so far!"
Katie LaSure - Clinical Assistant
"I started at Mellion Orthodontics in 2012 and I love being a part of this great team! Being a clinical assistant allows me a lot of one-on-one time with our patients, and it is those personal interactions that I appreciate the most about Mellion Orthodontics. I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families, and being part of creating a beautiful smile. I was born and raised in Plain Township and live there today with my adorable chocolate lab, LuLu. When I'm not at work, I enjoy working out, fishing, attending sporting events and spending time with my family."
Peggy Seifert - Scheduling Coordinator
Peggy began working at Mellion Orthodontics in 2011, after working in the Jackson School District for many years. Peggy says, "Besides making sure that our patients are scheduled in a timely manner, I truly enjoy watching the treatment progression from start to finish - the end results are amazing!" Peggy has lived in the Canton area her entire life. My husband, Scott, and I have two sons, one daughter, and a brand new adorable granddaughter!" During the summer, Peggy's favorite weekend activity is a round of golf in the morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon.
Deb Sommers - Records Tech
Deb started at Mellion Orthodontics in 2009 and feels blessed to be a part of this amazing team. "I get joy knowing that I participated in creating new smiles for our patients and the self-confidence their smile brings to them! Outside of the office, I'm keeping up with my three children and attending one of their sporting events! On the weekends you might see me shopping or eating out. At home I love spending time gardening or running."
